We were contracted by Hillside 10 developments to carry out the loft conversion of this large refurbishment. It consisted of 2 x dormers and a clipped hip-to-gable creating a master bedroom, small bedroom and an en-suite. The conversion and refurbishment was finished to a high spec and the property is now on the market. We have since been contracted again for another large development of theirs in Rochford.
