Our customer wanted to extend the already substantial house to gain a master bedroom with ensuite shower room.
They wanted to free up the bedrooms downstairs for the teenage children to have their own rooms.
We did a full design package and planning submission to the local council. This was approved under permitted development rights.
One unforeseen bonus from this project was the amazing view across the Thames estuary that was previously only enjoyed by the pigeons!!
Work was completed in 6 weeks to the customers total satisfaction. This client has already recommended add a room to a friend and we will be starting their loft conversion in the coming weeks.
